The Member Services Associate is a frontline, entry level service professional that will field calls from prospective and current members. The associate will support our members by providing program and product information, entering member data, handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with operations and other member service related tasks.
The associate will provide a positive experience for our members by delivering service in a professional and caring manner. Will also be responsible for follow up with members via email or phone in specific situations. When answering the phone the associate will need to take basic information regarding the member's questions, triage to the appropriate staff and encourage prospective leads to register and utilize additional member services functions. Assistance with the scheduling of members for appointments and orientations are also the responsibility of this position.
All job duties will be carried out using a high level of customer service while promoting and participating in a team atmosphere. High level of professionalism is expected while promoting health and wellness both professionally and personally.
Equipment operated: computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Office as well as navigate and be proficient to teach and encourage members and team how to use additional resources and services.
Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience (sales experience beneficial). Must have strong PC skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Mostly day hours, however, scheduled hours will vary dependent on staffing needs of retail site. Travel may be required.
