The Project Coordinator supports activities that ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet Sanford’s quality standards and serves as a content expert within project team. Under the direction of a Program/Project Manager, assists in the development of procedures, processes and tools in support of project delivery. Maintains productive working relationships with project team and third party service providers/vendors integral to project delivery. Supports the Program/Project Manager with communications between all members of the project team including timely and appropriate generation, collection and dissemination of project information and reporting and project implementation and execution.
Develops and maintains a high level of knowledge and expertise in the designated area to support the continuous growth and development of assigned projects and programs.
Serves as the key coordinator and administrative contact for day-to-day responsibilities. Projects may warrant partnering with communications and marketing functions to create and maintain marketing, communication and education materials as needed by projects.
Assists with designing and conducting any tools, resources and/or education to meet identified needs of applicable audience. Identifies and executes deliverables, resources and dependencies in project plans. Participates in project meetings, particularly status reports on deliverables and next steps.
Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

The business system analyst will play a crucial and central role within the Sanford Commercialization department ensuring information is tracked and monitored appropriately. The primary responsibilities of this position include:
• Managing our innovations database.
• Managing correspondence and deadlines.
• Coordinating with the financial functions at Sanford in order to improve financial and operational performance standards.
• Working with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Responsible for recording expenses and invoicing.
• Responsible for the reporting and analysis tools.
• Handling data and records management and the departmental email account.
• Responsible for recording and tracking deadlines.
• Entering data in government reporting system.
• Minimum 3 years working in a related professional field.
• Proficient with information technology systems.
• Willingness to be flexible and ability to work efficiently in diverse teams.
• Detailed person with ability to multi- task and communicate effectively
Associate’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, planning, or business. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
