The Physician Recruiting Coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the recruitment of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers at Sanford Health. Functions as a resource for the department leadership team. Prepares drafts of contracts involving physician employment and related correspondence. Works closely with firms and independent contractors to secure Physician and Advanced Practice Provider coverage. Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills necessary. Must present a professional attitude, attire and demeanor. Must manage stress well. Knowledge of legal process and legal terminology. Must be self-directed with a high level of accountability and minimal supervision.
Associate's Degree required. Area of focus in Healthcare, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred.
One year of related experience preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's license. Must maintain a good driving record.
