JOB SUMMARY

The Manager of the Supply Chain Customer Service Center will provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure productivity and operational efficiencies are in line with goals and objectives. Manage the daily operations of the supply chain customer service team to ensure timely and accurate processing and performance. Partner closely with employee service center (ESC) and technology support center (TSC) on best practices and procedures. Collaborate with leadership to enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures by way of systems and processes that will improve overall operations, efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain. Coordinates the preparation, analysis and review of monthly customer service reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards for assigned entities, and develops and implements tools to support processes. Maximizes efficiencies through the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of customer service systems, reporting and data integration processes. Understand the critical components associated and required to achieve intended results and ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining, and leveraging talent across the unit. Collaborate and actively participate in measuring employee performance. Seek opportunities to help others learn as teacher, coach, and mentor. Must be able to communicate with a wide range of constituents, both orally and in writing. Must have a high level of accountability. Must present a professional attitude, attire and demeanor. Must have strong customer service skills. Must have the ability to work in a team. Time management and interpersonal skills are essential. Demonstrates the ability to be a self-starter on projects, employs strong organizational skills when managing projects, and seeks appropriate assistance and clarification as needed. Occasional travel will be expected, as well as flexibility in schedule.

Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or healthcare administration required. Minimum of four years of related work experience in supply chain, preferably in purchasing, inventory control, accounts payable business or healthcare administration. Advanced computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Oral and written communication skills sufficient to interpret and apply policies and procedures for clarification and problem resolution. Must be self-directed, autonomous and yet be able to work well with multiple individuals at all levels on a regular basis. Must demonstrate leadership skills and abilities.
