Job Summary

The Executive Compensation Advisor will organize all activities for executive reward programs and evaluate all recommendations for new hires and promotions to executive staff. Drives and delivers an effective executive rewards strategy designed to attract, motivate and reward talent essential to achieving business objectives. Develop, maintain and administer all incentive programs for organization's executives. Maintain knowledge and analysis of performance for all incentive programs. Partner with market leaders and HRSPs to ensure a consistent and white-glove approach to all executive reward matters. Oversee vendor relationships regarding executive reward administration and evaluation. Maintain relevant market data regarding executive rewards to assist in any salary increase recommendations or benefit offerings on an ongoing basis. Assist in the preparation of all materials to be delivered to Sanford Health's Board of Directors, Executive Compensation and Executive Benefits committees.

Assist with the design, development, and management of executive compensation solutions including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, and perquisites while also supporting executive compensation strategy by planning and organizing the annual executive compensation cycle, analyzing jobs, benchmarking, conducting market analyses, assisting in the development of applicable policies and other documents and communications, and reporting on outcomes.


Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum five years’ experience in total rewards, healthcare administration or related field.
