Job Summary

Develops, implements and executes communication strategies for Profile by Sanford both internally and externally. Collaborates across multiple teams to inform, inspire and engage through clear and consistent communications to build a more united and engaged member-base and workforce. Responsible for the following communication needs: member communication, franchise communication, corporate communication, Sanford Health network communication, media relations and has editorial and quality responsibilities. Ensures the internal communications strategy builds the power of the Profile brand internally and creates alignment with our organization's mission, vision, values and business strategy.

This communications professional is able to demonstrate experience leading and implementing communication programs to support culture, strategy, and organizational transformations. Is as comfortable with strategy and planning as working on the tactics to implement those plans. Knows how to deliver exceptional customer service and form lasting relationships.

Proficiency with time management and enjoys managing multiple projects and work streams at the same time. Ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines. Gains strong understanding of Profile's culture, brand strategy and strategic business initiatives as the foundation communications. Develops the strategy, clearly and frequently communicates key business initiatives to inform, align and energize Profile's teams across many different locations. Works with various functions across the organization to deliver communication that reflects the business needs of the company and builds culture through the sharing of stories. Standardizes and increases efficiency of the current communication practices by providing more structure and identifying the best vehicles for each audience. Leads efforts in conjunction with Profile's technology team to ensure appropriate communication tools are available and appropriately leveraged. Works to develop and implement a consistent voice and tone for internal communication. Establishes an Internal Communications Scorecard to track metrics that measure the impact of internal communications activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or mass communications required. Master’s degree preferred.

Must be a strategic and creative leader with demonstrated ability to lead and impact change across a large organization.

Minimum of five years experience in a corporate environment helping lead business initiatives.
