JOB SUMMARY

Ideal opportunity for experienced sales and business development executive energized by the opportunity to develop and oversee a comprehensive strategy targeting corporations, healthcare systems, health plans and new market opportunities with the intent of developing referral and revenue streams for our fast-rising national brand. Develops and oversees a comprehensive business

development strategy targeting corporations,

healthcare systems, health plans and new market opportunities with the intent

of developing referral and revenue streams for Profile by Sanford’s

personalized weight loss and health coaching services. Oversees management of all strategic business development efforts for business-to-business activities and relationship activities. Aligns and collaborates business development efforts with the Profile Marketing team on business consumer activities. Provides market feedback to company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs. Administers the planning, implementation and execution of business development plans in existing markets and the penetration of plans into new markets. Generates and secures large national and multi-state employer accounts. Provides strategic direction and training down to the store level, giving guidance to securing local accounts in respective markets. Coaches, mentors and develops a team of employees to carry out the business development strategic goals set by Profile leadership. Creates strategy to target new prospects at the senior and C-level executive level within dynamic and progressive organizations. Travels to markets for face-to-face meetings with potential employer partnerships. Successfully and creatively completes significant negotiations, both internal and external. Develops trust-based client relationships and provides valued consulting advice in a professional manner. Demonstrates a strong business development background with proven success in establishing and securing relationships. Displays excellence in maximizing account potential in, preferably, wellness, healthcare and membership based fields. Exhibits the ability to increase revenue through the generation of leads with a strong performance history.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitors the industry for new tools and techniques in assuring accuracy. Plays a leading role in defining service levels and expectations for a major client group. Provides customer focused vision, strategy and leadership that exceeds customer expectations. Designs and orchestrates the use of business analytics for strategic decision making. Ensures staff development is in line with strategic organizational and departmental objectives. Communicates effectively with diverse audiences, using appropriate media and language. Handles multiple initiatives at the same time and integrates them into a comprehensive plan. Identifies and addresses potential problems or issues within the team. Establishes shared goals to foster collaboration. Sets the tone for interacting with other business functions or units.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.

Minimum five years experience in directing and promotion.
