Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
The Occupational Health and Wellness Coordinator shall coordinate and supervise the functions of the department. The Coordinator is responsible to develop and implement program protocols, coordinate marketing activities and monitor the budget. The Coordinator will also be responsible to provide case management services to industries in northwest Iowa. The Coordinator works closely with the Medical Director, Administrator, and Director of Nurses. A professional with a total of 3-4 years of experience in caring for population specific to the assigned area, and supervision/management of personnel.
Full time; 72 hours every 2 weeks. Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (4 days a week) - can be flexible with schedule. Potential to take call on weekends.
Must be a licensed RN in the State of Iowa. May need additional certification. CHC Membership in the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses is encouraged but not required. Graduate from a NLN or AACN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is
acceptable. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
