Job Schedule: Full Time
Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
Supports leadership development program design, strategy and implementation in coordination with leadership. Researches and supports creation of leadership development policies, processes, procedures, tools and guidelines. Provides content, development, facilitation and communication for leadership development programs. Develops work plans for specific leadership initiatives. Assesses programs effectiveness through evaluations and other measurements to ensure quality outcomes.
Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness. Develops trust and credibility by acting in a consistent, genuine manner. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status. Assists in conducting activities in organizational employee development to reduce skill gaps among employees. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of three years' experience in leadership development. Experience in developing leadership development programs. Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred.
