This individual will lead our Sourcing Team in executing strong sourcing practices in a robust healthcare system that covers 26 states. The Sourcing Manager will work closely with both Talent Acquisition and Operational Leadership to ensure that sourcing strategies align with current priorities and future needs. They will have oversight in making sure that candidate generation, talent pools, sourcing technologies, and other sourcing duties are met both efficiently and effectively. This leader will be accountable for leveraging data track and report on strong sourcing performance as well as to identify areas of improvement.
This Manager will lead the personal and professional growth and development for the sourcing team by ensuring that team members are supported in their work, career aspirations, and wellbeing. They will be high performing leader known for their effectiveness in ensuring employee engagement, inspiration, and performance. Moreover, this role will be a spokesperson, advocate, and champion for the Sourcing and Talent Acquisition functions throughout the organization and community.
Oversee the sourcing function for our Talent Acquisition team and ensure alignment with best practices on a strategic and administrative level. Actively participate in the overall scope of strategic best practices. Demonstrate and lead the department with expert knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition operations. The manager will oversee the monitoring of sourcing processes for efficiency and effectiveness and identify continuous improvement in the candidate generation, talent community management, and other key sourcing processes. Provides expert knowledge and understanding in the selection process of main channels for recruiting candidates in the healthcare industry.
Oversee and support collaboration with technology analysts to ensure relevant technologies are meeting the requirements of the sourcing processes. Manage the process in reviewing results of statistical reporting and recommends process improvements. Encourage front line staff and leaders to motivate and maintain effective and efficient process flow, ensuring all service lines appropriately allocate within strategic recruitment programs and projects.
Oversee and ensure the successful training and development for the sourcing team. Actively participate in tasks force, committees, staff meetings, etc. to assist with the department initiatives, implement goals, and organizational strategies.
Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Assist with providing feedback in the collection and preparation of required budget information.
Understand the critical components associated and required to achieve intended results and ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining, and leveraging talent across the organization. Collaborate and actively participate in measuring employee performance. Seeks opportunities to help others learn as teacher, coach, and mentor.
Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of degree, six years equivalent work experience in related field will be considered.
In addition, four years talent acquisition experience; experience with developing/executing local recruiting strategies designed to target hard to fill positions; two years of leadership/management experience preferred. Will have expert knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition operations. Prior experience in resolving high risk, hard to fill, and complex sourcing related issues. Proven to have strong customer service focus and ability to handle multiple customer requests effectively. Previous experience using recruitment process' and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate or Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred. SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential also preferred.
