Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. May include but not limited to answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentations, billing, reimbursement, or monthly reports. Maintaining vacation schedule and managing schedules for the department. Order and dispense supplies. May perform payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information, processing and submitting to payroll. May maintain master copies of company policy and procedure manuals; keeping them up-to-date.
Presents a professional image, especially when dealing with customers. Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents. Works with all basic office support products. Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Strives to complete assignments according to established quality measures. Demonstrates open, friendly, accepting, and supportive behaviors with team members. Takes personal ownership of and strives to meet assigned accountability expectations.
This is a part-time position working 2 days/week, varied days Monday-Friday. No Weekends. No Holidays. Hours include 7:45a-4:15p or 8a-4:30p
Experience with Medical Terminology is preferred.
High School diploma or general education diploma required. Applicable experience preferred. Medical terminology required. Based on facility needs, may require a valid drivers license and maintain a good driving record.
