Works closely with the executive, administrative and operational leadership with Sanford and designated areas of focus, as well as current and potential partners in the Sanford Health Services division, to assess concepts and develop emerging or expanding projects and programs. Strong project management, planning and communication skills toward the design and development of projects. Will apply business principles, theories, and concepts to provide innovative solutions to complex problems and to identify new opportunities as strategically aligned with the annual enterprise and division strategic plans. Supports the creation of novel concepts and manages the development of strategic projects identified. Responsibilities also include associated business processes which are complimentary to these efforts. Communicates effectively with internal and external stake holders. Prepares and manages plans and reports for distribution to operational partners, executive leaders and board officers within the contexts of advantageous project communication, regular work updates and high-level summaries of milestones and achievements. Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders within the organization's executive, research, health delivery, health plan, marketing, and finance teams among others in the development projects to production. Establishes project priorities, effectively manages resources to meet business objectives, and monitors progress. Ensures budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met. Keeps up to date with related industry concepts and trends. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Develops business models. Participates in the development, modification, execution, and communication of department policies. Specific operational expectations include the accurate, timely reporting and interpretation of data for developmental and financial use and the preparation of statistical reports as requested.Works with executive-level management to design and implement organizational plans and strategies. Establishes effective communications with executives and managers to ensure that projects and programs are executed efficiently.Requires a high level of organizational, project management, decision-making, and leadership skills as well as strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in computer software programs is necessary for the development of databases for project tracking, program evaluation and monitoring of business plans to meet expectations.
Will also be responsible for individually developing profitable business service contracts and managing the relationships between Profile, Members, and employer groups. Success in this position will be measured in overall increase in number of contracts for business services and by overall percentage of increased revenue generated for all Profile locations
Bachelor's Degree. Previous sales management experience.
