Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
To supervise staff and overall operations within the assigned departments to ensure accurate and prompt service delivery. To include therapy as assigned. Provides direct care to patients and populations as described and is expected to develop, revise and review policies and procedures. Provides assistance to patient populations with social, economic, developmental, emotional and related issues. Represent the organization and the department in the community through collaborative meetings, boards or task forces.
The ACT team is a multidisciplinary mental health team that provides intensive outpatient mental health services to clients with a diagnosis of serious and persistent mental illness in the community. Services include crisis assessment, individual treatment planning, education and support, vocational support, housing access support and psychiatric services.
This position is full-time, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
Applicants must be a licensed mental health professional, or eligible for license within 24 months of assuming role, within the State of Minnesota, who oversees the operations of the team and provides clinical oversight of services and ensures delivery of best and ethical practices. Supervisory role must be available at all times but can be delegated after hours. Supervisor will also provide direct service to clients.
