Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
Responsible for the retail operations, coaching members and as well as other duties as assigned. This position will provide leadership/supervision and support to the Profile Coaches which entails training, organizing, standardizing, and optimizing of workflows relative to delivery of care to the Profile members. Assisting the manager with the daily operations of the center including but not limited to: inventory management, managing a P & L statement and identifying opportunities for member growth and referrals.
Help lead and conduct orientation meetings on a rotating basis. Introduce and effective encourage prospects to attend orientation meetings. Understand the details of the Profile Plan to effectively encourage participation in the program. Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.
Bachelor's degree required. 6 months to 1 year experience with wellness programs, fitness, nutrition, and weight management counseling highly recommended.
