Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
Direct contact with assigned cases responsible for the delivery, coordination, and documentation of specific psychiatric rehabilitative services as assigned to individuals with mental illness. Assist in supervision and coordination of treatment delivery of program services including planning, developing and implementing a variety of educational, skill building and recreational groups and activities. Responsible for providing program guidance and clinical supervision to ensure program requirements are being met per regulations. Involvement in the development, modification, and implementation of patient's treatment and the service components provided by the program.
This is a full-time position, 80 hours every 2 weeks, day shifts. The incumbent may work four 10-hour days. Responding to mental health crisis and emergencies to children and adults. Responding directly or providing clinical guidance to staff responding to the crisis in the community, emergency department, or in the office setting. Providing clinical supervision, either in person or by phone, to mental health practitioner who is responding to the crisis. Mobile Crisis serves the Region II area which includes Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard and Lake of the Woods counties. Willingness and ability to travel to the site of crisis.
Must possess a valid class D driver's license and insurance. Access to personal vehicle and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out position responsibilities. Must maintain a good driving record. Relevant experience in providing mental health services; good written and verbal communication skills; organizational skills; and the ability to work independently in an effective and efficient manner. Must be independently licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota.
