This individual will have an overall responsibility for sales & service, developing profitable business service contracts and managing the relationship with employers, contracting with departments of Sanford Health. Most importantly Brand Recognition of the community and businesses recognizing Sanford Health as the preferred provider for Business Health services.


This key role will be a difference-maker in Profile by Sanford’s mission to Change Lives, One Relationship at a

Time. As part of the Sales and Business Development team, the individual will drive business growth by expanding

the Profile footprint and increasing the value of Profile membership. The individual will provide leadership for one

or more of Profile’s core areas of growth, which include franchise sales, healthcare partnerships, new market

development, employer partnerships, and lifestyle change services.

The individual is responsible for executing and improving the sales cycle for both inbound and outbound leads,

including the generation and qualification of business prospects and opportunities. As an expert in Profile’s market

position, this person will leverage Profile’s unique services with a focus on promoting the value we offer our

members, franchisees and like-minded business partners. The Lead Business Development Specialist will clearly

explain the benefits of Profile’s relationship to Sanford Health, one of world’s leading health care systems.

Success in this position will be measured by accomplishing individual, team and company-wide goals. Individuals

with a demonstrated track record of directly impacting growth goals will be eligible for our sales incentive program.

Minimum of a bachelors degree. Advanced degrees in business, marketing, education or health-related fields preferred. Previous sales leadership experience required.
