JOB SUMMARY

Director of Human Resources Enabling Technologies will act as primary liaison between Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) on matters concerning core Human Resources enabling technology. Promote ongoing knowledge sharing and adoption of HR technology leading practices. Partner with IT, Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA), Center of Expertise (COEs), Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Shared Services to establish technology practices, and priorities in line with the overall HR strategy. Participate in routine roadmap discussions with IT and HR system vendors to ensure alignment on HR system functionality. Work with IT and EDA to define alignment of HR metadata, classification, and taxonomy. Collaborate with HR Operations and HRBPs to drive improvements in HR technology platforms and service delivery model to add enterprise value. Partner with EDA to ensure data capture and report outputs from HR systems meet HR needs. Understand and document HR data flow with EDA. Understand and document system data relationships between HR systems. Ensure the assessment of new release features, lead projects to adopt new functionalities, and change existing processes where appropriate. Direct HR technology processes and tools for project management, analysis, configuration, texting, and interface management. Partner with IT, business customers, and HR technology vendors to meet goals. Provide oversight to the planning, management, and implementation of HR technology projects. Direct the deployment and resourcing of the HR Enabling Technology Analysts, aligning them with appropriate engagements based on business demand, skills, experience, and developmental opportunities. Plan, select, implement, and support HR applications and integrations to meet changing business needs. Oversee the system administration of HR technology data and security access. Oversee core HR technology vendor relationships in conjunction with IT. Direct, in conjunction with IT, proper security access rights for HR platforms and technologies. Ability to provide leadership for the HR Enabling Technologies function. Ability to implement an organizational vision for HR Enabling Technologies. Ability to operate both at a strategic level and at a tactical level. Expert knowledge of HR operations and general HR transactions. Knowledge of general trends and innovations for Human Capital and Information Management. Ability to handle multiple requests in a timely manner. Ability to manage complex requests within tight deadlines. Ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate difficult issues. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

This position involves working in a fast paced Human Resources environment that has recently implemented a

new Applicant Tracking System. In this position you will be a vendor liaison as well leading the technology enhancements to ensure the

best tools and processes are utilized within Human Resources and Learning Technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Computer Science or related discipline. Master’s Degree is preferred. Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in implementing and supporting technology systems with experience in Human Resources and Learning systems preferred. Experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance industry preferred. Experience in the development and implementation of Human Resources/Learning technology. Experience in project management. Prior experience with HRIS and case management systems. Prior experience with analyzing business requirements and designing functional and technical specifications. Prior experience with managing system integration and user acceptance testing. Prior experience with managing people (individuals and teams).
