JOB SUMMARY

Support the design and implementation of career development and performance management programs strategies, processes, and tools. Support and maintain high potential (non-executive) career development program policies, processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines. Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide core career path model (both professional and non-management). Support creation and maintenance of enterprise competency catalogue. Utilize strategic workforce planning to forecast and plan for talent mobility and create pipelines of talent. Develop work plans for specific talent initiatives. Support performance management program design and strategy. Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process. Maintain and communicate the annual calendar for the enterprise performance management process. Work with the organization to ensure performance management processes are being adhered to. Develop work plans for specific performance management initiatives. Serve as an escalation point for complex Employee Service Center (ESC) inquiries related to performance management as required. Provide content and work with Marketing to communicate career development and performance management programs, procedures, and timelines.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a temporary position, it will be for the duration of a Job Profile Standardization Project

This role will be a team member in the development and implementation of the job description process and strategy in collaboration with Comp, HR Admin, and HRSP. Research information to assist with the creation of a new job descriptions. This project may include:

• Revisiting job titles and job architecture

• Identifying what is included in job descriptions

• Using and developing a standard competency library

• Creating enterprise wide job descriptions

and other duties in job description 27077 as needed or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. Three to five (3 - 5) years' experience in performance management. Experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance industry preferred. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field preferred. Experience in developing career development and/or performance management programs. Knowledge of talent management, career development and/or performance management programs and industry leading practices. Experience in strategic workforce planning. Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures. Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and guidelines.
