JOB SUMMARY

In this role, relocation is a requirement.

Will be responsible for assisting in managing locations to ensure store performance, profitability, and compliance. Will continually define and hold store locations accountable to operation goals and objectives by analyzing store's profit and loss statements. Will be responsible for coaching, counseling, and communicating with corporate and franchisee locations in optimizing revenues and profitability through training and support functions. Responsible for being the single point of contact for all corporate and franchise locations within defined territory.The assistant manager will be responsible for the retail operations, coaching members and as well as other

duties as assigned: • Provides leadership/supervision and support to the Profile Coaches which entails, but is not limited to clinical needs

in training, organizing, standardizing, and optimizing of workflows relative to delivery of care to the Profile Members • Assisting the

manager with the daily operations of the center including but not limited to: inventory management, managing a P&L statement • Help

lead and conduct Orientation Meetings on a rotating basis. Introduce and effectively encourage prospects to attend orientation

meetings. Understand the details of the Profile Plan to effectively encourage participation in the program. • Supporting the store

manager in identifying opportunities for member growth & referrals • Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine

inventory levels; anticipating customer demand • Must have exceptional verbal skills to give effective presentations and demonstrations.

• Provide assistance in member education including facilitating group education and individual education sessions. • Ability to help

develop new ideas and create excitement about weight loss and weight maintenance and maintain healthy living imperative to the

position. • The assistant manager will help track program effectiveness including retention of members, weight loss averages, reduction

in medical issues, revenue analysis. • Provide nutrition theory and practice expertise to the Profile program, assist in consultative services

to the staff and to other Profile members. Helps in providing program development, staff education and best practices. Collaborates and

provides Nutrition expertise with other Sanford Profile Managers and staff. All job duties will be carried out using a high level of customer

service while promoting and participating in the team approach. High level of professionalism is expected while promoting health and

wellness both personally and professionally. Reports to the Profile Manager at Sanford Frontiers and assist with setting the standard for

quality of care. Provide nutrition knowledge and expertise with anticipated future research projects. Must maintain competence in

nutrition and exercise theory and practice. Skills needed: computer skills to include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point,

strong problem solving skills, navigate and be proficient to teach and encourage members and team how to use the Profile web site, and

excellent verbal and written communication.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The management trainee will offer university graduates and current profile associates a combination of practical hands-on training with professional development, mentoring, introduction of company culture and a comprehensive exposure of key metrics for store success designed to prepare them for a store leadership role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required. 6 months to 1 year experience with wellness programs, fitness, nutrition, and weight management counseling highly recommended.
