Job Title: Maintenance I, SL2 | Senior Living | Bemidji

Job Schedule: Full Time
Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
Repair and maintenance of all buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings of WoodsEdge Campus to include Neilson Place, WindSong, and Trillium as well as Baker Park Housing and the Lakeside Campus assuring that the facilities operate efficiently and providing a safe environment that meets all regulatory agency requirements. Other duties as assigned.
Must obtain boiler class "C" special within one year of hire. Must become CNA trained at our expense within a year.
Full-time, 64 hours every 2 weeks. Daytime shifts are typical, but occasional evening or overnight shifts may occur.
State of Minnesota Boiler license preferred. Must obtain boiler class "C" special within one year of hire. Must have a valid Minnesota drivers license and must be insurable. High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of common power and hand tools. Experience in building and equipment maintenance. Experience with building automation systems preferred. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC preferred. Ability to work all shifts and hours as scheduled. Ability to comply with all corporate and facility policies and dress code. Ability to understand written and verbal communications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must become CNA trained at our expense within a year.
