The Lead Office Coordinator will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. An integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting business activities. Organized and competent professional with strong communication skills. Comfortable dealing with all levels of customers and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintain files and records with effective filing systems. Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.). Greet and assist visitors upon arrival. Monitor office expenditures and handle all office duties as assigned by leadership. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update systems as needed. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when applicable. Assist in vendor relationship management as needed.


The Lead Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the structured committee meetings, including scheduling, assembling the agendas, and taking minutes thereof. The position involves working in Quality Management, including data gathering, monitoring and management of projects. The Lead Office Coordinator will work with Marketing to coordinate staff and community events. Other responsibilities include abstracting policies for committee review, organizing regulatory documents, and being a resource to Administration. Full-time, 80 hours every 2 weeks, day shifts, occasional weekends in special instances.


Post secondary education or equivalent training in a health care or business related field is required; Associate degree required. Must have at least 3 years of applicable experience, with previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Computer skills sufficient to operate online systems and complex software with advanced functionality. Oral and written communication skills sufficient to interpret and apply policies and procedures for clarification and problem resolution. Must be able to work independently within role. Understanding of medical terminology encouraged.
